Malik Nabors Moving Into the Slot?

Moscona had Brody Miller on today and one of his comments that I thought was interesting was that he mentioned Malik Nabors had moved into the slot. Miller said it was a staff decision and wasn’t his decision. I thought this was odd based off what we saw from him last year

Read an interview with Nabors, he is doing both. Do more research lazy arse.

Don’t forget Bech has been out with shin splints and would usually be the slot WR. They are probably just getting the best 3-4 on the field.

I thought the projected lineup had Boutte and Jenkins out wide with Bech and Nabors splitting reps at slot.

Remember the slot isn’t just for possession recovers anymore.
Jefferson was in the slot a lot in 2019. Alabama put Smith in the slot a lot against us in 2020 and got a good matchup with Flott till we started shadowing him with Stingley.

There is nothing derogatory about being a slot. They get the best looks of anyone lol
