JMO, but I think they already have an agreement on a number with Marshall, it's just dependent on Aiken signing.

JMO, being serious. I think the sides have talked. I don't think there is a "set" number, but I think they know his range and know how to get in touch with him. As soon as the Aiken deal is agreed, not signed, they'll start on him.
It's been mentioned before, but there's a ton of hypocrisy in that they're willing to give Mac close to $2m without a physical after dropping Aiken's offer in half after his.

There is a difference: if Aiken doesn't sign, they get the #2 pick next year as compensation. If Mac doesn't sign, they get nothing.
