Great video tour by Lyle Hitt of the football facility cribbs style. Really nice touch by going in Miles' office.

It must be a living hell to have all those girls there to rub you down after a hard work-out. How do get up the strength to work-out every day.I guess thats just the mental game it takes to get to that next level.
