What do you ppl want? Players to be thrown under the bus? Coaching staff to be bashed?

If a coach starts down that road, they lose respect. Anything that is being done is being done behind closed doors the way it should be. It just pisses you nosy frickers off that you don't know what's happening

I agree with this. If, in the long run, Milesl fails, it will be because he did not coach well/make changes when needed/recruit well, etc. But to put emotion into anything a coach says in a press conference (or call in show for that matter) is just kind of silly.

+1. I will gladly eat crow if he does.

I just want to see this team (coaches included) play to win instead of playing not to lose. It's very frustrating seeing the timid playcalling.

Yes we should have even with the worst offense in the country. Our defense will keep us in EVERY game. Our offense will end up losing those games.
Not gonna happen. You dont lose your best reciever to the draft and most of your line and expect to beat a top 10 team on the road.

I don't think he will ultimately fail, just think he will drag his feet on making any changes and there will be some pain along the way

Perhaps the coach(es) feel the best chance to win is to be conservative on O and lean on the special teams and D

He is 19 - 2 in his last 21 games. I would say it is working.

He doesn't adjust to his personnel. This team cannot go out and out smash mouth people yet he continually beats his head against that wall. This team should be running quick hit plays to get some speed in space along with draws and quick passes to the tight ends. Misdirection, we might actually have to try and trick people this year.

What was the down and distance and field position when we settled for that second field goal?

This. We now have 3 new starters at Oline and we are missing our starting running back, and can't catch. Our chance to win is to play field position, score 14 pts and count on the defense.

Offense is 50th right now, before this, he hasn't had an offense ranked in the top 50 since 2007.

Keep spouting off win totals, see how many of those got you a championship.

Happens all the time and teams tweak what they do to minimize that weakness.

Won the Southeastern Conference last year, the best football conference in college football. And beat the "best" team in college football at their house at night on national television in the "game of the century."

Just an fyi...

and all of that is forgotten by anyone not LSU fans in favor of the embarrassment we received on 1/9

ask Bama which they would rather? I'd imagine they'd say the crystal ball, and not many LSU fans would argue, either.

well after RP got kicked off we had to deal with 2 freshman. That single event was the main reason our O sucked so bad the past 4 years

and is 1-2 is his last 3 SEC games while scoring a whopping 16 offensive points in those games combined! Averaging 5 points per game isn't going to win you very many baseball games, much less football games.
