LSU has the highest overall staff salaries for the 4th consecutive year. They're the only school who has two coordinators with a salary over 1 million.

I wish I had a job where the pay wasn't result driven...

Corey should tell Les to GFH

Miles is third highest paid coach in the west. I guess you get what you pay for.

After the way his DB's have been playing he shouldn't be telling anyone to F themselves.

You didn't think this through obviously.

That ain't happening. LSU's staff, in entirety, doesn't produce the results it's paid for.

I believe Les's loyalty to friends may be the end of him.

Just for fun, let's look at recruiting rankings from 09-15 to see how those classes were developed.

2009 - 1st
2010 - 8th
2011 - 8th
2012 - 14th
2013 - 6th

2015 - 5th

Found it interesting that Ed O did not get a 3 year deal last year.

who is second?

doesn't he have a stipulation in his contract that if he wins a national title he would be the highest paid coach in the country?

That doesn't include head coach. So like ive said, tOSU has the highest paid staff in the country. And it's been that way since urban was hired. Bamas has been higher too.

That coach he's 4-0 against.

He did, that's why Les got a raise in 2008. He also received one in 2012. And no not because of Arkansas.

So...there's no truth to "you get what you pay for," right?

You don't think the Arky job had anything to do with it? why?

Rankings can be bs at times. Most years there are a hand full of teams ahead of LSU that would not beat LSU and actually lost to LSU.

Think he got two in 2012. One an extension, then during the summer a raise. The extension came at the same time as the Arkansas bullshite.

One reason is because Les last got a raise in 08 after winning the sec and playing for a title. He didn't get one in 2011, the title game was played in 12. So he got a raise, which was earned, by going 13-0 and winning the sec.

And I've been told for years no one would hire Les. So if Alleva didn't call his bluff, well you saw what just unfolded over the last few weeks. Then I think we can agree that LSU is fricked when it is time to get a new coach.

Honest answer, who do you think would hire Les now?
