Indiana had the easiest regional of them all, and needed a miracle to beat Valpo in the first game.
Then they got to go to Talahassee and beat the Jim Mora of college baseball. I'm not impressed.
Miss State is not that good.
Louisville is legit.
Oregon State must have done something right and they always play their best baseball in June.

That bracket is not as lopsided as the one in 2000.
LSU, Texas, Florida State, and USC in one bracket
ULL, Stanford, Clemson, and San Jose State in the other

As for LSU's bracket
UCLA is a lot like UCLA usually is. Good pitching, not great offense. A better version of Oklahoma.
North Carolina is overrated and is lucky to still be here.
South Carolina--I hope they don't make it.
NC State--LSU will not face Rodon. That could help make the bracket easier.

Actually, the other side of the bracket is tougher.

IMO, they are probably the second best team that LSU has played this year.
They have six players with their OBP 70 points higher than their AVG and five of them have an OBP 100 points higher than their AVG.
I really want no part of them. I want them out. Go Tar Heels.
Yeah USC is dangerous as hell. Everyone in Omaha should root for UNC today. They are raking right now.

Plus UNC's pitching is absolutely shot. Think about it.
ACC tournament- won finals
Next weekend go extra game/innings in regional
Turn around and go 3 in the supers
If they pull it out and make it to Omaha I doubt they stay there long

Indiana beat Louisville twice at two different times during the regular season. They lost to Louisville by one run at Louisville.

Bama will scream for a rematch after we win it all because they beat us 1 out of 5 tries this year.

Am I the only one who feels like this is our tournament to lose? Forgive me for being borderline overconfident, but last time I checked WE ARE LSU.
We earned the reputation we deserve. This will likely be the best team in school history IF we win it all. We have zero weaknesses.
All the other teams I've seen are much more prone to fielding mistakes. If we get up a little or on a roll it will affect the other teams' mindsets. I don't care what people say otherwise.
The only team of concern should be USC (if they get in) because they are the one team who won't be intimidated that could scare LSU. Oregon St won't be intimidated, but has no chance of intimidating LSU.
Games will be close for sure, but to me LSU is huge favorite.
