At what point would you be unsatisifed.

2nd?
3rd?
4th?
5th?

As a LSU fan, I would think we would all be unsatisfied it we did not come out first.

2nd or 3rd. Like most of us figured.

Auburn Push
Ole Miss Win
Bama Loss
Arkansas Loss

Arkansas game is not a good matchup for LSU. Presents some problems.

Everyone here knows that Bama looks better than LSU, but honestly, I'm unsatisfied at 2. I just think it's hilarious that everyone talks so much shite about Saban, but now in the year they were supposed to begin "competing" in the SEC West, they are clearly LSU's superior.

I know Bama is better, but that doesn't mean I'm satisfied with playing second fiddle. The only reason they are #1 and we aren't is coaching.

3rd or 4th... can't stand that, but believe we will lose 3 more... I can't see why people on here won't accept what we all said early in the year. We would be happy with 9-3... If we ended up 8-4 it was rebuilding...Again...Next year we had better be good on the O and D lines otherwise CLM is on the hot seat.

Predict losses to Auburn, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Alabama. Wins of Tulane and La. Tech--- overall record 7-5 and looking at the schedule worse overall than last year as LSU should have lost to Georgia, Miss State, and Washington. Easily could have been 4-8 with the only win in the SEC against Vanderbilt. If this plays out when does Miles get some heat. Look at how Arkansas is playing Florida.

At this point in time, I have no reason to believe LSU will finish better than 2-2 in the SEC and 1-3 is very possible. I hope for 4-0, but hoping doesn't make something true.

I ve had similar threads concerning the coaches staff's job security relative to this years final record. What i have deduced is that 9-3 would be acceptable to the majority of the LSu fan base (at least here). 8-4 makes next year a warm/hot seat year for Miles and 7-5 makes this year warm and next year red hot! (Non scientific ofcourse)

I say 3rd behind Bama and either Arky or Ole Miss, whichever one we lose to. Any lower and this is a disappointment.

Hey all,

First post, but long time reader. I think we'll finish 2nd or poss eek out a win against the tide. The Gator-Arkansas contest gives me a lot of hope. This definitely is the SEC and anything is possible. I hope Lucky Les makes some adjusments. We're a solid team if the offense can step it up a little (or a lot).
