LSU's biggest game this year is TAMU vs. Bama

This is the biggest game of the year for LSU fans. These two teams are hovering over us in the national spotlight. Good news is - one of them loses. Either way, it's beginning to feel like TAMU/Bama is being positioned as the SEC West matchup that will determine LSU's fate in the West. Very exciting week! -

How LSU plays against SEC opponents is what will determine LSU's fate in the SEC.
Here's a question, why would Bama vs A&M have more of an impact on LSU than LSU vs Bama or LSU vs A&M?

Yes - but after this game, TAMU or Bama will be ranked #1 and be national recognized as the team to beat. It's important implications for LSU.

These are things that could be argued to make a case for it being the biggest game of the year for aTm and Bama. Still has nothing to do with LSU.
