A comment that CKM made yesterday hasn't been picked up on but in addition to preparing her teams, she also wants to help promote women's basketball by giving these teams a good paycheck for playing LSU on the road.

It is interesting how many are critical of scheduling of coach that won many national championships. What is ironic is how many fans are disgusted that our football team plays tough opponents in the preseason before the SEC season begins.

I am one who questions her schedule but always qualifies it with she knows better than me.

and I always want us to schedule tough for football so I'm not one disgusted by that.

Williams, Johnson, and Fulwiley are outstanding players. The real key to the success of this team is the trio of Koval, Joyner, and Knox. LSU finally has a true big in Koval. She can look clumsy at times, but I think that she will continue to improve as the season progresses. It is a shame that Joyner isn't taller, but she will get her share of boards and points. Knox is one of the more promising freshman I have seen at LSU; she seemingly can do everything and is a relentless competitor.

Ok officially, but not really. Just like Fulwiley isn’t a bench player.

If you are on the floor when at the start of the game you are a starter and a bench player if not. Not really debatable. Fulwiley might get more PT than some starters but that doesn't change this label.

This is the deepest team we have had in a while. We are about to find out how good with the level of competition we are facing.

The reality that they still keep winning?

2021-2022 26-6 (13-3), 2nd in the SEC, NCAA 2nd Round
2022-2023 34-2 (15-1), 2nd in the SEC, National Champions
2023-2024 31-6 (13-3), 2nd in the SEC, Elite Eight
2024-2025 31-6 (12-4), 3rd in the SEC, Elite Eight

Some people just want to complain about something, I guess.

LSU is very capable of winning the National Championship this year. Because of the great depth on the team, the key will be hitting our free throws in the close games. We have the talent and depth...just hit the free throws.

A literal interpretation would be that, yes. Players at the tip are the starters…..but the real deal crunch time players are those when you need to make a run, seal a win, etc and in every critical scenario, Fulwiley is on the court.
