I’m probably in the minority so downvote away, but all this going off our usual path to make Army feel welcome is kinda cheesy.
I can’t help but feel like Army football players look forward to football games to get away from everything that consists of being a military school. They’d probably want to “experience Death Valley”, more than seeing LSU go out of their way by repainting the endzones and throwing American flags on the jersey’s and rolling out the red carpet to salute them.

I say Tiger Bait the shite out of them, invite them to STTDB, and then thank them for their service after the game.

Next year when LSU plays Bama, they need to put an elephant in Mike's cage and parade it around the stadium
We're such gracious hosts.

A Dallas rugby club once had their after match party for a traveling Irish rugby team at an Irish pub. It turns out the Irish dudes were more interested in listening to local music and pounding American light beers.

Nah I think more agree with you than you think.

I’m proud that LSU is showing respect to the military and our country.

But Ole War Skule going in dry and the fans should follow suit tomorrow.

Why? This attitude makes a mockery of all Gerry DiNardo's hard work to "bring back the magic" and reestablish normalcy to LSU football.
