I really don't care to go back and read the rants of bigbama504 because whatever he has said or even thinks doesn't have any bearing on my thoughts or attitude. I can actually have a leveled headed discussion about sports without feeling the need to resort to threats, name calling, or flaming. So if you're looking to try and lump me in with some crazed Bama fan then you should stop now.
The original post that I commented on was talking about how there will be excuses if Bama loses again. You know, you're probably dead on with that assumption because there will be people who say well if this hadn't happened or if the ref would have called that. But thing is, that happens every game that a team loses. You know as well as I do that if Bama wins, then there are going to be some Tiger fans making excuses or whining about it. My question is this: If Bama wins, are you going to be one of those making excuses?
You can flip the question on me if you'd like and I'll tell you my honest answer. If Bama loses, there will be no complaining from me and no excuses. From the moment we lost November 5th I have said that we had our shot and I didn't think that we "deserved" a re-match. I have said from that day that I felt as though we would get jumped by Oklahoma State and that we would be playing in another bowl game. You can go back through my post history to confirm that if you'd like. To be honest, I'm about as leveled headed of Bama fan as you'll ever find. You can talk smack to me if you want, but don't lump me into some stereotypical view of Bama fans.
The voters voted and Bama ended up #2 in the final BCS poll. I will cheer on Bama in the NCG and hope that they finish the season strong just as I would have done had we gotten jumped by Oklahoma State. If we win then I'll be happy and excited for the team and it would be something special for the city of Tuscaloosa with all that we have gone through with the storms of April 27th. If we lose then yeah it will suck (because nobody likes to see their favorite team lose), but I'll just be ready for the next season just like always. I'm a fan of Alabama, the SEC, and college football, and at the end of the 4th quarter I still have a fiance, family, friends, and a job. So no excuses from me.

Me either. Wow. I agree with you. Some of us would prefer logical conversation; however, it appears others are off the charts. This will be a great game with 2 great teams. I wish you luck.
