LSU vs South Carolina fouls called

I know the game was very physical but it seems like South Carolina was fouling us way more than we were fouling them. Anyone else notice this? Angel Reese goes to the line more than any other college basketball player and she shoots two free throws the whole game?

I thought the refs did a horrible job both ways. I hate when refs insert themselves into games, but I thought I saw a couple techs not get called on both teams. Make those calls and control the game, or at half time/end of quarter make it known the shite needs to stop.

She would have had two more If the referee that was standing 4’ from her didn’t call a foul even though the SC player was holding both of her arms down. Even the terrible announcers were saying that the girl was holding her arms down

I hope we get another shot at them in the Final 4. i also dread the fact that there will be many petty fouls called. That sucks.

Honestly, there were a few they should've called against us. The overwhelming majority of non calls were against them

The women’s basketball ball refs are horrible in general. If they were any good, they would be calling men’s games.

This. If referees are going make bad calls I always hope that they make them both ways. From what I watched on Sunday, both teams were not called for fouls on several instances. There were a few times that one woman would get mauled on one end while under the goal and then the softest charmin contact would be called for a foul immediately after on the other end.

I'm not the most knowledgeable basketball fan, and I only watched the 4th quarter, but I surely thought that having an assistant coach give a player on the court a high-five during live play was a technical foul.
Wasn't called, so I guess not.

I saw Aneesah throw one of the most gorgeous elbows I have ever seen. I am glad she missed bc she would have been expelled from the university. not that the competition didn’t deserve it bc they did. She’s my favorite player though so I am biased. she’s like the lady charles barkley…but a way better shooter : )
