I don’t want get it twisted, I want every LSU sport to win every time. That being said…..As bad as Torina is, Leftwitch is tiers below her. If Leftwitch leaves the changeup pitcher in instead of panicking, my guess is we’re sitting here with a loss to NC State today. She just wrote the recipe on how to handle the lady tigers but she didn’t follow it through.

How much money do you give to LSU Softball, "Bait, born in 08"?
If you live in Boulder, CO, you should be able to give more than me, right?
I want them to win, but these games should be getting them ready for the SEC games. Yesterday, they were outplayed both games.
If it wasn't for a bad hop, a walk, hit by Pitch, and 3 passed balls, Lassiter would never have made it to the plate to win the game in the 7th.

What does giving to LSU softball have to do with anything here?
I gave money every year and threw out the first pitch several times, but I don't anymore... that doesn't mean that I want the Tigers to win less or makes me cheer less... it's a personal deal where I just didnt enjoy going to the games in Baton Rouge anymore. I've put my money into things that bring me relaxation and enjoyment like going on cruises and vacations.
So I cheer from Texas and get over to Baton Rouge a couple of times per season and catch all games when they come to Texas. A lot of us can't give money, but still support our teams.

Because this person thinks that I hate it when LSU wins in softball. If I hated them winning why would I give money to the program each year. And, I'm not talking about Season Tickets.

I really don’t see Verge prioritizing softball any more than Woodward did. As long as Torina wins and makes the tourney, it doesn’t matter if she’s bounced out in the regional or super, she’ll have a job.
NCST was a good landing spot for Leftwich. She’s heading into her third year off a 6-18 mark last year in ACC. All NCST is interested in is a warm body as softball coach.

I think I have to disagree some because while Woodward never attended a softball game, Verge has been seen many times at the home games. He may not say or do anything, but I get the feeling that he may be more involved in the non-football sport than Scott.
Verge did go to the SEC soccer tournament, but I'm not sure if he went to the soccer regional at Vanderbilt.
First sport that Verge needs to take a hard look at after men's basketball is volleyball. That sport has underperformed for many years and I'm not sure when the last time they made the postseason.

As usual, lots of Softball MA Trash in softball threads.
MA's are here. MA's are there. MA's are everywhere in the LSU fanbase.
They love them some Queen Beth and want to let "Softball Nikki" continue her reign. Let her continue to spew out mediocre season after season atop her throne in Kingdom Tigerenfrewshire.
Hail the Queen. All Hail Queen Beth.
