DUDE.. You must think this LSU team is like 2005 Texas or something. This is their FIRST GAME.....
I am not trying to be a Debbie downer on you but your expectations are way way too high for this team.......
I do think we run the ball well this week...They are NOT gonna ask Harris to do too much...I see a close game...23-20. I will give LSU the nod just because of overall talent.... .

Going to be a great game. I think if we get ahead early, we could run away with it like last year with Dak at the helm. Once he gets going, he is hard to stop. If LSU controls the clock and pounds away with LF, it could really wear our team down. I think it will be evident after the first couple of series who will be in control of the game. Hoping for an injury free game
If State gets going early: State 34 - LSU 24
If LSU controls the clock and keeps Dak on the sidelines: LSU 28 - State 21

d is not giving up squat in this game. No 20 points do I see coming against us.

I'm starting to feel more confidant as the week goes on dispite the ridiculous play calls in the few minutes of the opener and dispite the lack of playing an opening game. Harris will provide enough of a threat to back off Moo St and our O-Line is going to go to work opening holes for Fournette/Guice/Williams. LSU wins big.

Honestly, I think we are going to be ready for this one. I heard Dak Prescott's interview on WAFB earlier. It was pointed out that he said they could have beat LSU by more last year. This isn't the same MSU team from last year & I think our guy will be playing with a little revenge in mind.
On an unrelated not, I hope we take the crowd out early because I hate those stupid f-cking cow bells.

If we had played last week my prediction would have been in line with many of the other blowout scores listed in here. However we didn't, and thus, I think this will be closer now.
LSU 7 7 3 10 27
MSU 7 7 7 0 21
Defense makes the last stand at end of game as Bulldogs drive for the win.

I might as well post this in the stickied thread too:
This is our first official game, so we won't be as sharp as the Rant would like. There will be some mistakes, but not enough to stop us from winning.
LSU 27, MSU 17
