basically all the other conf champions would need to have 2 losses (Big XII, PAC 10, Big Ten) plus TCU/Boise St lose

yep would be absolutely the most ridiculous if this happened.

Pretty sure TCU's last opponent is just terrible.

On a neutral field we could take them. Homefield advantage was big for Auburn IMO.

I think it is possible if Oregon loses and we win out...and Auburn wins out.

Plus, Boise, TCU and the other conference champs would have to lose. It's very unlikely that the voters will allow LSU and Auburn to rematch unless everyone else has 2 losses and Boise and TCU each have a loss.

Other conference champs are not a factor...and if LSU's only loss is to the #1 ranked team...and with another quality win over Ar-Kansas, I think it is a possibility to jump Boise and TCU.

Boise has one big win over a team that lost to a d-2 team and TCU's only big win came to a team that got rolled by N.D.

Throw in the computer rankings...and it could happen.

Boise and TCU wont go in ahead of us b/c of SOS. If you guys havent noticed, our strength of schedule is number 1 right now. If Oregon, Ohio State/Wisconsin, and whoever wins the Big 12 has 2 losses, we would be looking at a rematch.

I honestly think LSU/TCU is our only shot.

Voters won't want a rematch. TCU is locked in at 12-0. Oregon, Auburn, Boise State all lose, Auburn maybe twice. That's our shot.

TCU is tied with us at #3 in the computers. We won't jump them in the human polls either.

We don't need to worry about Boise.

No freakin way they allow a TCU/Boise BCSNC Game. Never

It wasn't that long ago that the nation was calling for a rematch between Michigan and Ohio State as a National Championship game. I don't think it will ever happen where two teams from the same conference (same division nonetheless)will play for the BCSNC. Too many other one loss teams will be available.

I'm pretty confident in that too. I just threw that in because I think Nevada can beat them.
