I guess a better way of putting it is there isn’t just that one elite guy like a Benintendi who is a golden spikes candidate without much around him but there are 7 very good hitters in the lineup. I do think if Missouri has one guy up for an award against 3-4 LSU players with similar stats then voters tend to go with the Missouri guy just to spread things around and not have to pick between a bunch of players from the same team.

Lived in Little Rock for three years in the early 90’s. We used to drive to Hot Springs at least once a month and bring back gallons of that water to use for coffee and tea. It does make a difference. The Sunday brunch at The Arlington was top notch.
