I think we'll see emmit start at the 4 this game. Days is good and plays hard but he can be a liability on D imo. Emmit is a decent defender and attacks rebounds.

I think we may see some Naz KBW on the court at the same time in the second half. If they want to put hall on Naz go ahead, but If they wanna put a 6'6 guy on KB I'd expect him to do some damage.

If we don’t go big, with KVB as the 5 to occupy Hall, and allow Hall to guard Naz we will leave the door open for big trouble. Jones isn’t a scorer he’s a pure defender so there no reason to matchup because of him. If we go small it’s a coin flip if we use the two bigs mostly we will handle them.

Actually Days is one of our best and most versatile defenders. Everything els in your post I agree with completely.

KWB brings little offensively so they will put Hall on Naz

If they put Hall on Naz, KBW will have a field day underneath if the guy guarding him is only 6'7 200.

Defensively, I agree that we wouldn't matchup well.

I agree, we saw it vs a couple teams this season most recently Furman. KVB can get you 10-14 points off lobs putbacks and freethrows when he can dominate smaller front lines on the offensive glass. It also benefits Naz to keep Hall off of him and Jones being a weak offensive player doesn’t leave us open defensively.

Wade also doesn’t view KBW as a go to. He’s more of situational guy. He barely played against ULM. He is a very good matchup for Hall, but Naz is a terrible matchup vs anyone else. I think we may see them in the floor together a little but not much. Naz will get the minutes and Days and Emmitt matchup very well against Bama

I watched the UK-bama game because of tonight's game. I wanted to see what was coming. They have some long/tall players that might give us problems. It is going to take a balanced effort to win tonight but the PMAC should be the difference. If you are not planning to go, change your mind. We need to be loud from start to finish and let the old people stay home. Keep our home record perfect and let's #GeauxTigers!

But why does basketball start so late. I'm going to be tired, drunk and cranky by the start of the second half

I was wondering why he played so little vs ULM after a great performance vs Furman and showed how dominant he and Naz could be together. I was told he had an ankle injury and they didn’t wanna push it vs ULM. Our team defense and offensive rebounding completely changes with him at the 5 and with the recent comments Wade has been making about going bigger I think if he’s 100% we will see a lot more of him going forward.

Don’t you think our best matchup is forcing Hall off of Naz and letting him work against Jones or Norris or Reese? This would also give us an edge on the offensive glass and force them to send all 5 to the boards killing their transition game completely.

I'm not sure. But I think it is like a husband/wife couple who change into an unbelievable amount of clothes in a short time period. I could be way off on this.
