One TD in 1924. They have been shutout in 16 of 21 games.

LSU should never play ULL or Tech. Tulane is the only school in state that should maybe be a potential game on the schedule being we have longstanding history with them. If LSU wins then they were supposed to win these kinds of games. If LSU loses then it only benefits recruiting for these other schools. I'm sick of the lame Tech fans who don't even attend most of their own home games claiming that LSU has been scared to play them. We have beaten them to a pulp twice recently and it's time for them to go back to their empty stadium in Ruston and concentrate on winning their own conference.

We must have allowed a safety then.

I'm guessing it's 2 safeties and 6 FG's.

ETA: Either that or there's a game or two in there from the 1890's when a touchdown wasn't 6 points. I'd say there's a missed conversion/PAT in there too but if there are really no TD's that wouldn't be true.

Why does LSU play all of these in-state chump schools? The AD department decided that if they were going to buy games... they at least wanted to keep the money in-state.

The truth is... there should not be a standing series with ANY of these teams. At the most, one school should be scheduled a year on a rotated basis... maybe for homecoming, but definitey not all 3 in a year!

Let the mediocre mid-conference state schools fight amongst themselves for secondary supremecy.

ULL 49 LSU 0. Zanders will have 37 tackles 18 of them being sacks. Masson will pass for 400 yards and 5 TDs, and Sails will have 275 yards on the ground and 2 TD's.

To the guy asking for proof:

"LSU is 21-0 all-time against UL-Lafayette. ... LSU has shutout UL-Lafayette 16 times in the 21-game series ... In 21 games, LSU has allowed just 22 points to the Cajuns ... On the other hand, LSU has scored 957 points over the 21-game span"

LINK

I'm sure the media guide has a historical scoring of the entire series, game by game.

Did LSU play ULL during the Delhomme/Stockley era? I know they dodged Tech during the Rattay/Edward years.

UL's big game during the Delhomme era was A&M making the unlucky mistake of agreeing to a game at Cajun Field when UL happened to have a Superbowl quarterback on the team. The stars lined up in UL's favor for once and they were able to beat the Aggies.

That's their biggest win ever. Last week was nice, but we all saw the A&M win as us beating one of LSU's old rivals.

I'm hoping we pass 1000 points in the series before they pass 25!
