I understand that there are players that have either gone to the NFL or have transferred to and away from each program. Just wanted to see how the talent levels should match-up. Physically, there is no reason that LSU should not have a field day with UCF. However, it is safe to assume that scheme and motivation will also play large factors.

Recruiting Classes:
2015
UCF: 71st Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .8355
LSU: 5th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .8991

2016
UCF: 75th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .8347
LSU: 2nd Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .9135

2017
UCF: 55th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .8336
LSU: 7th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .9105

2018
UCF: 70th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .8347
LSU: 15th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .9011

Four Year Average
UCF: 65th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .8341
LSU: 7th Recruiting Class. Player Avg. .9060

We’re vastly more talented. This doesn’t surprise anyone.

So you’re saying if we lose it’s bc of coaching? Makes sense.

As I stated in another post our backup players *should* be able to take it to these guys. There is no excuse to loose this game. I just hope they can coach our guys up and get them ready to play come January 1st. Ideally this should be a growing opportunity for our younger players; we play @ Texas week 2 next year we're going to need some of these guys to step up.

This won’t stop the O faithful from blaming our players if we lose.

This makes me upset and reminds me how our talent is being squandered.

But does the LSU O-line have a fighting chance?

Troy 2.0

This better be a win. Shouldn’t even be close.

Right cheese, LSU can recruit with the very best but the end product in too many cases is less than the stars that they came in touting. Attitude and coaching could be the equalizer in this one.

How exactly does a team “loose” a game?

La. Tech QB much better than UCF's Mack. He will have a month to practice, but he's run first and Aranda will have something for him he has never even thought about.

Why can't our fans understand that we ARE one of the best teams in the country but Bama IS the best team in the country!

UCF talent last year was more on LSU’s level. Several NFL draft picks.

LSU is a top 15 type team. Not a top 5 type team.
