Forfeit by Florida would be the only acceptable reason for not playing this game. And we would have beat Auburn if Les wasn't the the head coach....Time for Joe Alleva to join Les.

"Postponed" to when? Only possibility I am seeing is November 19th for our OOC game against South Bama, when they also play an OOC game. Would give us Bama, @Arky, @Florida, @aTm to end the season. Good times.

It is 100% Fla. fault that this game will not be played this weekend. IT IS THEIR FAULT! They should suffer the consequences.

LSU should, at a minimum, make it a condition to rescheduling the game on the S. Alabama date (November 19) that the A&M game be moved to Saturday, November 26; and agree to that only if the game is relevant to LSU's shot at winning the West. Otherwise, pull a UF and find 7 different reasons why it would not be in the best interests of the LSU team and community to agree to the rescheduled date.

They're gonna move it so that their injured players can get better and it somehow makes no difference that they will put it in the middle of November so LSU has 3 away games in a row, including one on a Thursday! If we cave in to that, we are pathetic - who makes these decisions anyway?? Oh wait, the SEC, I presume.
They should have to forfeit since they didn't want to play somewhere else - it was stated a few days ago that the game would not be moved from Gainesville - why the hell not?? It's not like they didn't know there was a hurricane coming for the past week!

There's a damn cat 4 hurricane knocking on your door, it's pretty damn obvious the game was not going to happen on Saturday. That fact, combined with their refusal to move the game anywhere in the continental US, when LSU offered to play on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, LSU offered hotel rooms in Baton Rouge, when LSU even offered their plane to Florida, tells you all you need to know.
These are all facts.
But by all means, consider me short sighted and close minded if you must.

Call me a worthless piece of shite I don't care and I still hope that they can't have a home game for two years.
They did absolutely nothing but sit back and delay to cancel the game. They should be penalized by the SEC at a minim of a forfeit loss.
Other schools have manged to move their schedules around but it is perfectly ok to you for Florida to just frick over the entire conference. So in my opinion you are a worthless piece of shite because you would rather see the entire Southeastern Conference get screwed because Florida was going to be inconvenienced by a category 4 fricking hurricane.

Exactly - and LSU will be whiny for not liking this, while UF just laughs, and of course, the A&M game will stay on Thursday because, well, A&M likes to play on Thanksgiving...
