I truly believe that ESPN's selling it's soul to Saban will actually be the downfall of Bama's chances. It couldn't be any sweeter for me if that is that way it plays out. Living in the land of the the AAA (Alabama Arrogant A'holes) for a month would painful to say the least. I personally would breathe a sigh of relief. You would have to live it to understand it. But there really is no bigger bunch of arrogant sons o bitches than their fan base. Would beating them in the NC be sweet? Damn right it would. But having Okie jump them would be a very close second.

tiger91, I am pretty sure The Coaches (and AP) will be released early. The BCS may hold out the harris though. I can't remember how that works.

Having the coaches poll should be enough to figure out where things are going to go, imo. They usually come pretty close to each other.

Fact: IF bama makes the game, ESPN will then pull a 180 and debate reasons why OSU SHOULD have been selected over Bama. talking heads will take OSU side in droves AFTER they get left out.

this is the absolute truth. i want to see them have a meltdown. dealing with their shite talking for the next month may be almost unbearable

This is going to happen. Okie is going to jump Alabama. Why? Because Okie's never been there and the voters don't want an all SEC championship, if it's avoidable. And because of what happened tonight, it is. LSU vs. Oklahoma State! Gonna be sweet!

Thanks. Is this enough if these polls are released and not Harris to figure out the likely scenario?
And I have to ask ... does it pain you that you didn't make it to the last BCSCG in 2007 and may not make this one? And I'd love to buy you a cold one for all that you've done to help us figure this out.

We will have a VERY good idea when the Coaches and Harris are released.
I was upset I didn't make it 2007 (came down with the flu) and am also upset it looks like I will miss this one. I don't mind not being at the game, but wish I could watch the game in Baton Rouge/LA with friends. Oh well
