at this point in the season, this is just clickbait.
We haven't played a single SEC game yet.
Wait until late February, then this stuff is interesting.
But right now - it's just a waste of energy.

4-3 is a good performance against our 7 conference opening games. 5-2 would be very strong. 7-0 we own the final 4.

I would be very pleased with a 4-3 record after that brutal stretch of games. I think expecting any better than that would be maybe setting myself up for disappointment, but I do think 4-3 is attainable.
I just wish we could start shooting 3's just a little bit better.

I watched the Aggies play TCU recently. Both of those teams are similar but not good at all.

If LSU gets through the first 7 SEC games at 5-2, they'd definitely be a top 10 team in the country and stay near the top of the NET rankings. I'm hoping for 5-2 but I'm not expecting it. That opening stretch is tough as hell. They really need Days to break out of this shooting funk that he's in. That would help a lot. I'd expect 4-3 maybe even 3-4 through the first 7 games.
