Great. Then don't tailgate.
Music isn't the issue. LSU trying to make more money is here.
whatever dipshit. the problem is every group with a sound system has one jackass who nobody wants to hang around who plays dj and turns the crap up constantly because nobody will pay attention to their ingnorant arse. hopefully they jack up a few fees to cover that b.s. too

They are using the "budget cuts" as a way to make more money.

then old back nine. whatever it used to be. the spot im talking about is undoubtedly free. no way they can charge to park alongside nicholson.

For LSU, maybe. For LSU's Athletic Department, not a chance.

The parallel parking on LA 30, campus east of highland road, and the Kirby Smith Lot are the only unscathed areas.

$50/game

i'll be anxious to see how they enforce it. I highly doubt a utility trailer parked on nicholson gets charged. still $50 is better than $130 a game. these prices are straight up retarded.

It's about time some you WIMPEAUXS/Freeloaders start paying for something!

Slang for a LSU fan who habitually depends on the charity of others for food, shelter, etc.

You know someone is going to try to charge you.

I already do. They are just asking for more.

I don't think people are realizing the problem we have here is not with paying to park, it's the prices. 40/20/game plus 50 for a trailer is absolutely ridiculous. shite if I wanted to I could park AT the superdome for $20 for a Saints game. If a season pass was like $50 or $10 a game for LSU I would be fine with that, but these prices are crap

That, and the logistics of a pay per game structure.
I'd be fine with our lot being a part of the reserved group.

how can the charge a fee to park along a State Highway on State Property. Both sides of nicholson is state right of ways. Even along the railroad tracks is railroad property.

LSU is state property too...

What has me thinking is that this will reduce the amount of people on campus, thus making the portolet/cleanup increase issue superfluous.
I think 5 to ten for the hayfield and lot on Guerrier by the Box would be more reasonable.
Ten for the old front nine. I think it will turn tailgating for big games into what it looked like for the ULM game.
They should park people down burbank at the soccer fields and bus folks in for that price, sure would reduce traffic.
Only time i have had trouble was for the bama games or florida when burbank etc. gets slammed by 10 am

they are charging to park on campus, state highway is not part of the campus. [i wouldn't think so anyway]

I agree, just pointing it out. They are going to try and charge you at some point.
