They do realize the lot on Gourrier is over a mile from the stadium, right?

The more I think about this, the more it bothers me. It is becoming a pain in the arse to go to a football game now.

if lsu was a little more wise with their spending the past few years it may not of been as bad.

This has nothing to do with budget cuts. The Athletic Department is using it as a scapegoat to justify the arbitrary increase.

so these costs are coming, so we need to organize an intellegent rebuttal
1. Suggest first right of refusal plan for season ticket holders.
2. Request breakdown of anticipated financial gains and a line-item plan for how the money will be spent
3. Request a timeline for tangible improvement (bathrooms, gates, etc.) - essentially make them set goals and remind them of the goals
4. Request a more detailed logistical plan for distribution of passes (on-site, payment options, cash handling, etc.)
5. Request they provide their alternative (if any exist) if logistical issues arise

It isn't them. LSU Law sets up on Highland directly across from the Law Center.

What's the cost of a current season parking pass for one of the side lots by CEBA/Taylor Hall?
Just trying to see the cost difference between that and $40/game 200 yards to the east.

So I could shell out $400 and get a pass, and a reserved spot before the season and not worry about it.
Or I could spend $40/game or $280/$320 a year depending on the # of home games, and have to worry about buying a pass every Friday/Saturday, and not be guaranteed of where I park.
Anybody else see the inequity in this?
