Why in the hell would you make team breakfast at 9 when you don't leave until 10:45?
They have to be up around 8:30 to make that with less than 4 hours of sleep.

Well, I had 2 hours of sleep and I made it to work on time and have been here all day. And, I'm more than twice their age.

so we're playing a game on 4 hours of sleep..assuming that they actually feel right asleep after I'm sure being wired at the end of that game.... sure glad we made a point to get that team breakfast in at 9

When I was in college swimming we had some travel meets that would go pretty late at night and then another one early in the morning the next day. None of them were Championships like this so it’s not entirely directly comparable, but I at least was grateful for the breakfast the next day even though I was groggy and tired that next morning.
