There are snowflakes, and there are idiots. If you’re somewhere in between then you’re doing it right. You on the other hand look like you’ve gone full idiot.

Hey Hillbilly, you think a guy that A. isn't a scientist or doctor and B. hasn't been in office since January of 2017, has anything to do with a virus and its handling in 2020? If so, I've got some ocean front property in Nebraska I'd like to sell you. Take that BS to the politics board.

And you get your information from where? You got facts to back this up or are we just dealing with how you "feel"? Cause that's not science. And who tf is talking about voting? Sad that your wants and an election is all you care about over people's safety. Again, take that BS to the politics board.

I keep hearing 1) later or delayed start to season; 2) possibly shorter or only conference games; 3) possibly no fans at all.

I hope if these things happens they get Texas back on the schedule for another season as soon as possible. That would be the best scenario after the dream scenario in which everything happens as originally planned. Unfortunately, dream scenario is extremely unlikely.

To the people who say they can't prevent tailgating, they absolutely can prevent tailgating.

1. Yes
2. That’s they big question. Does CBS make this their night game like ND/Georgia or do they throw a bone and pick up the Auburn/NC or Florida/Kentucky game.
3. Yup, people are going to realize this fall how much college football really means financially to universities.

The people complaining about an empty Tiger Stadium are the same people that complain about high ticket prices

Coincidence? I think not

The article you linked talked about longhorn games in Austin not happening in reference to large gatherings. It did not say UT would not have a season in Austin without fans, let alone, the fact that the game is in Baton Rouge.

Not so sure about that. I bought tickets for the Rice game in Houston and tickets were almost sold out early the day they went on sale

there is no way UT is having a season in Austin without fans in the stadium - way too much money at stake for UT and for the city of Austin and this is of course true for all of college football. The season will be played but delayed

How much money does the city of Austin normally make from AWAY games when there's no fans in their stadium?

It’s going to be played as long as Texas isn’t scared. I am pretty certain that if it were up to LSU, they would give it the green light. Require masks to walk through the gates & in concourses/restrooms. In your seat, no.
