I'm sorry, but that is simply poor goalkeeping. That wasn't really a great free kick. It was a lucky goal.
99 times out of 100 that free kick gets either collected by the keeper, cleared by a defender, or worst yet, controlled by the defense.
She basically gave the ball away but got lucky.

well yeah, the goalie was obviously off her line...and it was lucky thats what makes it so unique and funny.

Its soccer, no one cares....it was just cool to see that, actually made soccer interesting for a few seconds
