They did not run the toss dive play it was hand offs every time.

Mett threaded the needle a few times looks good we knew he had an arm. He moved around well, but protection was good though so he didn't have to much.

Micah Eugene blitzed a few times and made plays, one he would have killed jenning from the blind side but obviously couldn't hit him.

The lines on both sides two deep looked good.

Honestly they all looked a little sluggish. It looked like a team that had two a days yesterday, and are tired.

My pops was there. Could tell by the tone of his voice that he was more excited about this scrimmage than any in the last few years. Didn't get to talk to him long, but a few highlights:

- mett looked confident, showed pocket awareness, threaded needles and threw a nice deep ball.

- Jennings was impressive, mobile and very accurate 20 yds or less

- Defense is physical and FAST. Young DB's made some plays.

- He could only think of maybe 2 or 3 drops the entire scrimmage , and said Leslie went up and high pointed some balls for nice catches. Threw to TE's a bunch.

- my favorite, miles was minimally involved with the offense during the scrimmage. The plays were coming from the press box. Complete opposite of what they've done in scrimmages years past.

doing offensively (scheme-wise) that is noticeably different from last year?

we ran a few plays from a run heavy set....I don't remember our running that in the past, but our actual games are usually a blur for me.

I think the interior DL is going to better than last years. The DEs will be a community effort. Bowers will be a good one

I just saw welter get blown up one too many times today, I'm not sure what he's doing to hold that job down.

how do you know Miles wasn't on a headset and changing the play?

Possible i guess. I don't know whether or not miles was wearing a headset. What he did say is that miles stood by and watched as opposed to being hands on in pre play huddle and giving direction after the plays. Which is what he's done in scrimmages in the past

If it was a scripted scrimmage, as most are, what need for headsets?
On the other hand if the team was working on game day procedures, then headsets and a lot of other game day things might have been in play.

Kind of if you don't know, don't say.

Just reporting what I heard from someone who was there, bro. Simply compared what he saw today to what he's seen over and over again in previous years. Didn't say anything was fact.

Edit: I do know for a fact plays were being called in from the press box

So what is the deal with Welter?

Is Les seeing something no one else sees?

Did Welter find the nudes of Les?

I don't understand.
