How many drops has their been this year? How many times has he been forced to throw it away due to pressure and no one open? How long does he get in the pocket? Granted one issue he does have is holding it for too long. Absolutely cannot understand how you don't think the plethora of issues outside of qb that effect the qb can't account for 43 incompletions.

And we return pretty much the entire line and all the receivers except Giles If I remember correctly with 2 or 3 very good lineman coming in to replace starters who aren't good like Magee and traeore. These players are all going to be better from experience, older, more comfortable, and most likely in better shape and stronger. Injuries will be fixed too. It's not magic, it's progression.

OP makes some valid points. Inexperience and Injury caught up to us vs UF and Bama. Butttt....they still have to be developed and new blood recruited. If we don't have tier 1 OL in La. go to TX, FL heck Midwest, Cali..anywhere and search high and low. OL must improve if we are going to have a shot in the SEC for the future.

He has 2 seasons with a qb rating higer than Flynn in 2007.

Are you seriously calling out posters that would rather have a hc that has won a national title over a coach that has never in his life finished in top 10 and has never proven he can run a successful offense,defense, or program for any extended amount of time.

In recent memory, yes he's the worst. Jl was about as bad but meh. I hate stats though because their circumstantial. Those years included post seasons games and defense kept him on the field. It's been a long time so I can't say for sure he couldn't win the big games (9 to 6 vs Bama don't count at ALL) but he probably played average and the defense took care of the rest.

It doesn't count because over 90% of division 1 qbs could have lined up and won that game. Defense carried jj to wins, not jj. All he had to do was show up and not totally shite the bed, which he still did 1/9/11. I don't like the dudes attitude and the way he carried himself more than anything. I can't hate one player from 7 years ago with a bad attitude and remain a fan? I've stood by this team through everything. I've had faith in lsu in every single game.
