IF you are referring to the NCAA, there is no right to "due process" they are a private entity that makes their own rules, and being a member means the school and coaches have agreed to the rules.

LSU did not arrest and charge him, you realize that right?

I can get fired/suspended from my job for a million different things that are not against the law, insubordination being one of them, which is what Wade has done here.

They can't even justify a suspension of Wade right now
That is absurd.

It is quite literally the only logical and rational thing they could do short of firing him.

Due process does not only apply to criminal law matters. You realize that, right?

LSU is dumb as frick for cooperating with the NCAA. Auburn showed everyone how to beat this during the Cam Newton saga. Deny the shite out of everything and force them to provide concrete evidence of the perceived wrongdoing. .

Not a hard concept. I know you'll perform some mental gymnastics to avoid this fact, however.

Do you work or are you a boss in some capacity?

Someone in your company is accused of doing some really, really bad shite. You, or the boss, tells that person they need to meet with him. That person says no thanks, I won't meet with you.

What's gonna happen to that person?

i don't get why he's not fired, there is a less than 0% chance he ever coaches here again. no reason to string this along.

Or have they suspended a guy until more facts come out because the guy refuses to speak with them about it?

Due process, like speaking with someone who is accused of something to get their side of the story?

That kind of due process?

The only rights Wade has are those specifically detailed in his employment contract with LSU, which considering the money involved was carefully crafted by attorneys that know their way around employment law.

So, you're saying LSU should do nothing and allow him to refuse to meet with his superiors and let the criminal due process play out?

People don't actually believe that is should be done, right?

Emotion is controlling the ideas right now.

Some of these ideas are nuts.
