Conflicting reports on Orgeron as DL coach. Haley could be staying. Maybe no room for him. I don't think he's completely out. Pendegrast is their first choice for DC and if he turns it down it's gonna be offered to Steele.

American Football Coaches Association. Their convention is coming up... Jan 11th - 14th maybe? Can't remember. Anyway, I don't see how they can hold off on a hire tha long. Seems that would put a damper on recruiting.

I'm fairly confident in a quality hire but sooner is better - too long could really put a damper on an otherwise great recruiting class. The kids need to know who they're playing for.
