What could be holding up the offering of the Job is the future of Brick. Reports say that aTm is still pushing him hard, and he could be offered a DC job. Maybe we are waiting to see what happens with that before we make our offer. Just a guess.
I think signs are starting to point to Pendergast and if Brick leaves for another Job coach O will come in as DL coach.
