No he won't. Thus, the rest of your post is kaput.

Hill is presently suspended and cannot be reinstated until the battery charge is resolved.
Hill was suspended by Miles and can be reinstated anytime Miles wants to do so.

Yep, which won't be until after this is resolved

Anybody wonder just how dumb you have to be to deny being in a video to the police after you are shown the video and it clearly shows you being present? Good grief.
Why he talked to the Po-Po at all after clocking the guy is another story.
At UF, our guys just throw a stolen laptop out the window when the pigs come looking for evidence.

No, technically the charges could be reduced or elevated at a point in the future. That said, Hill most certainly will not be charged with second degree battery. No chance IMO.

This shite goes on at every school. Every one. The only differences are the mindset of the local cops and the extent to which the local judges and DA are on board the program.

You aren't kidding. The extent of media exposure is directly proportionate to the star caliber of the player involved. Unfortunately for LSU, Hill is the starting RB. Otherwise, it'd be a non-story.
Hell, Chase Pittman broke some dude's jaw a few years back in a bar fight and yet no one heard shite.

Really?
Wasnt T-Bob reinstated before his case was totally resolved and I recall JJ being reinstated long before his case was resolved.
This is not a felony and therefore the coach makes the call.

Roger, I don't know about you but I'm getting rather tired of seeing this going on at LSU. I keep thinking back to that nightmare on 1/9/12 when Lee didn't play a single down but the problem child played the entire game. The same problem child that played all but two plays in the SEC Championship game that year.
This is the crap that has me frustrated with Miles .

What does that have to do with anything with what's going on with Hill?
It seems like everyone in this thread knows "everything" that happened that night yet no one really knows anything. (there are a few posters that I do trust though)
It's a bunch of "what if's."
Let's see what pans out before we freak out.

Neither was on probation for an earlier crime. Miles had no other choice but to suspend Hill and has to wait until the judicial system makes a decision in the case.
No matter how many chances some people get, they just don't learn to change their illegal ways.

yeah but with the abilities of smart phones now a days you can't do shite without someone video taping it and putting it all over you tube of some other web hosting service.
back when pittman was in school their were video camera phones and phones with cameras but not like todays.
A picture or video is worht a thousand words and hard to dispute what you can see on a video or hear on a video, no more he said she said arguments.

Me too! He is our best rb but at this point if he gets charged with anything or is held to violating his probation I would be happy to see him get the boot from the team. I am so tired of this sort of crap.

I guess I'm okay though as long as I don't call you the N word (and you don't somehow become black)
