If I understand your logic, then anytime a black person (or anyone) is referred to with a racial slur they are at liberty to respond with violence until they 'feel someone's had enough'? If the phone boy thought it over the top, then it is fully warranted to go to law enforcement. IOW, if he thought this wasn't just your garden variety bar fight.
No idea if Jeremy should be kicked-off the team permanently (hope he isn't) or if he should have his suspension lifted, but letting society decay into this is misguided.

Yes the cameraman is a P.......y but that is besides the point.
The Point is playing football at LSU is a privilege and there could be those out to sabotage LSU too. If players can't make decisions to shield themselves from this type of POSSIBLITY / LIABILITY....then they deserve to be kicked off the team.

now i will say this in defense of an athlete, i know quite a few people who didn't do shite considering how smart they are, educational wise.
so is that any different from a top athlete blowing a great chance at being successful? not really IMO.
