Depends on the video maybe. If the kid was throwing the "N" word around and got punched, I have zero issue with it. If the kid was down on the ground and/or out and getting kicked in the head after he was down, then I'd have no issue with charging the kid with assault and violating probation.
I know it is parsing the conduct, but you should not be able to kick someone in the head who is defenseless. Again, I have no idea what the tape shows. "Fighting words" I get. Curb stomping I have an issue with. I hope it turns out all right for everyone. Always like to play you guys with everyone on both teams healthy and eligible.
