Not many, if any twio loss teams to put above them. Putting OSU above them as one poll did is a joke. WHen LSU loses to Bama they might stay ahead, or maybe not. If, a big, if USC wins.

I was expecting Oregon to rise even higher than 8 ...

we easily hop Oregon back if we win on the road at Alabama ...

That said, after watching Oregon last night, I think Oregon is the best team in the country right now.
Couldn't agree with you more. Oregon is going to put a world of hurt on any opponent they face in the bowls is they stay healthy.

Wasn't their QB out for the Boise game?

The way Oregon has been blowing out teams they should be way higher. They lost to Boise in the first game of the year and since then they've been ripping a new a-hole in every team they play. I think that Oregon could beat every team in the top ten (as of now). But LSU still has room for improvement and I still see a Texas/LSU BCSNCG

USC at #6 was a joke after losing to Washington.

Bigger joke is TCU, Cinn., & Boise St., ahead of LSU in the top 10 given their schedule.

Does anyone on this board really believe that had any of these three teams played our schedule that they would be undefeated?

Utah and Boise have made me quit making comments like these. They are ligit teams and Cincinati looks good too.

Fellahs, don't let the SEC bashing bother you. They could form a Pac-10 all-star team and they still wouldn't win. Just wait for bowl season. The SEC will prove its dominance yet again. And this is even kind of a "down" year IMO.

Sigh...

Boise State L 19-8
Purdue W 38-36 ( 2 )
Utah W 31-24 ( 7 )
UCLA W 24-10 ( 14 )

So in 3 of the 7 'post-Boise' games, an averge margin of victory of 7.67 is your definition of 'ripping a new a-hole'? You probably tell you girlfriend you're longer than John Holmes too, eh?

No they don't. The idiocy on this board is astounding. SEC snobs have become the dregs of the college football world. It's so old listening to the tired arguments. Accordingly, why don't we just declare the SEC champion the MNC every year. Or maybe we can swear the BCS is legitimate because it does what it's designed to do: Put an SEC team in the BCS championship.

In a playoff world, Oregon would spank LSU and leave the SEC homers clinging to the last remaining shreds of imaginary dominance.

Try actually paying attention to what's going on outside the SEC. The blind allegiance renders you retarded.

.........
clearly you were fed a lot of paint chips as a kid TFanonymous because if you think the sec which week in week out year in year out is overrated your a bigger retard than simple jack the sec owns the last 3 bcs championships most of which in domninating fashion auburn was held out after a undefeated season for the constantly overrated oklahoma team which didnt even show up with the dont even get me started on the overating of usc clearly auburn would have put up a better fight than that debacle shocker again on the ovverating incase you dont recall the year LSU beat oklahoma they were pegged as the greatest team to ever play college football but usc beats up on lowly michigan what else is new and they claim a title voted on by california media the SEC doesnt spout its superiority for fun or to try to convince jackasses like you it doesnt need to because it proves it on the field every single week while other conference may put together a game or to against the only significant teams on their schedule every game in the sec is a challenge as such its much more difficult to perform every week than when your only playing one or two games a year against a even somewhat quality team so next time you want to brinh ur transexual retard comments to this forum go choke on USC's cock and suffocate rant off/
