Many claim that this is true and that it is common knowledge

Would you say Armando was before Gorilla ball?

A little bit before the Gorilla ball era but Armando Rios was named in the Mitchell Report

Roids who knows?
But the bats were juiced and they used to dispense Creatine by the barrel. That was even mentioned on air and in newspaper. FWIW Creatine wasn't banned by NCAA. I think it is now.

sure...I would imagine the other teams were as well....I don't think much testing was done and it might not even have been against the rules....

in real life, creatine makes little difference. if you have a good diet and eat a couple servings of red meat per day you will intake higher amounts of creatine than an overhyped overpriced supplement.
results from creatine are arguable, and minimal at best. most gains are placebo based
steroids are not even on any similar level at all to creatine. steroids work extremely well if taken properly. creatine may help a little bit if at all
