because the lefty will be a harder game simply because lsu can't hit lefties, so pm is using his ace in that game....facing right handers is much easier for lsu...

I'll admit yall got to this one guy last week toward the end right before he got pulled last sunday....not the hits yall got in the 7th but after end of 6th inning lsu had 5 hits or .277(take away smiths 2 hits and score for lsu would have been 0 for 6 innings or you can say the other 8 batters for lsu had 3 hits combined thru 6 innings for no runs) out of the first 18 outs and that was good compared to how lsu hitting has done in sec games when they faced a lefty..but he held yall down pretty much like most lefties all year have done, now if ur saying yall have worked on it in practice more lately, then great...hope it works out tomorrow but just look at the season as a whole against lefties, it's been tough...nothing negative just saying the line up has struggled with lefties, on the other hand , it feels like when a righty goes against the lineup , there is alot of trust that we will hit the ball alot for hits, score alot of runs and extra base hits....my point tho for saying was that's why pm is going with Henry against the lefty...I feel like he made right decision doing that...Henry is the best we got as far as shutting down a another team of he can...it's a good match up....

What a horrible “edit”.
If you take away the solo homer in the 4th and the 3 runs in the 5th, Walker would have been pitching a shutout.
Oh, and if you take away LSU’s 24 losses, they’d be undefeated.

Have you seen his numbers?
Dude’s ERA is anomaly. 45.9% of his outs are K’s (112 in 81.2 innings), and his WHIP isn’t as bad as his ERA would indicate.
Maybe he was pulled with runners on on more than one occasion and his relievers didn’t do him any favors? IDK.
What immediately captured my attention is the fact that if I was given all the standard stats except ERA, I would assume his ERA to be in the low 3’s and not 5+.
