Edwards had an arm issue/fatigue recently. Hilliard has been healthy. I really don't think we see, either. If we see Hillard, it would be to start and throw 30 pitches max - he hasn't been good out of the pen, so I wouldn't chance that. If we see Edwards, it would be for an inning max as a bridge to Fontenot.
One guy not many are considering is Hasty. Oregon started 5 LH bats yesterday, and struggled against LH pitching. I think Hasty will play a role tonight.

The Alabama game in 1997...28-2...I remember Johnny Thibodaux pitching.
Certainly they have some kids who pitched in high school and have not since...those are the ones that tend to be able to hurt us...why not try it.

The bats need to stay awake and hang in there tonight to win this game.

Why I was hoping Coleman would stay in one more inning, we need a few more from Font tonight

Fontenot will try to close this game out even if his arm falls off. I hope he doesn't have to. I'd like to just run Oregon off the field.

I don't see Hilliard throwing tonight.
Hellmers
Floyd
Hasty
Vietmeier
Fowler
Fontenot
I think both Fontenot and Vietmeier will be available tonight. This could be Veits last game ever to pitch. If he feels ok, you know he is asking PM to pitch.

I believe Edwards threw around 60 pitches also, any chance he can give us an inning or two if need be?

EVERYONE that made the trip is available, if needed. All hands on deck. Some are certainly in the "only use if absolutely necessary" column, but nobody's really off the table. This is the elimination game in postseason ball. There is no "come back and win tomorrow and we'll be fine".
I just wish we had someone like the Dreadlocks of Doom (tm) available that can eat an inning by throwing one or two different pitches and being relatively unknown, scouting-wise, to other teams. Someone who you can throw in on the backside of their order who can get those batters out to soak up an inning. Then you pull him and put in a middle reliever to pitch to the top side of the order and hopefully buy two innings that the batters haven't figured out the timing to really start being able to touch up pitches.
Those two innings can drastically change the bullpen approach if the offense can get some runs across the plate.

This. Vietmeier should be available tonight for at least an inning. He's thrown 3 innings over the weekend for a total of 46 Pitches.
6/4 vs Gonzaga 22 pitches
6/6 vs Gonzaga 8 pitches
6/6 vs Oregon 16 pitches

If only we had Beck and Hill. We'd be smooth sailing. Very pissed that we got unlucky there.

Thompson struggles accurately throwing to first. Hate to be in the batters box when he’s on the mound.

There is about a 1% chance marceaux throws. Highly unlikely
