UO is fortunate not to play in Tiger Stadium and LSU is fortunate not to play at Oregon. Great game

LSU gains more than Oregon concerning fan support. I personally wanted a home and home. I would be down the road from one of the games. Recruiting will be what they are fighting over for sure. When they play Oregon's QB, four best RB's, a starting receiver will all be from Texas with more on the way this year.

it's a raw deal for the season ticket holders. Now, we only get 6 home games for next year.
doesn't bother me...like I said, playing a cupcake bores the crap out of me...

I would've loved a home and home as well for the fact that I really want to see a game at Tiger Stadium. But this will work.

Well $85 for the game in Atlanta. How much do you think tickets will go for this one? $125?

I love it because ESPN will hype Oregon and we get the leftovers from an exposure standpoint.

This is fricking awesome! LSU plays a neutral site game with Oregon and a road game at West Virginia outside the SEC in 2011. Nobody can say any damned thing at all negative about our non-conference schedule in 2011.

Yes, a million thumbs-up! Way to go, LSU!

A couple of cupcakes is not a problem if there are also some great games in there with them. It's too bad neither of them is in Tiger Stadium, but road games and neutral site games come with the territory of scheduling good non-conference opposition. We get West Virginia in Tiger Stadium this year, and going to Morgantown next year will be great for our traveling fans!

Two years in a row, LSU has stepped up to the plate and taken on good non-conference opposition. This is the traditional LSU scheduling that I grew up with. Thank you, Joe Alleva! Keep it coming!

You don't think it's better for our team to play a so-called "warm up" before diving into a tough match-up like Oregon? That was always the Saban formula....something he seems to be keeping with to this day

Yeah Saban started out with 2 cupcakes the last two years. Top 5 Clemson in 2008, and Top 10 Virginia Tech in 2009. right 2 cupcakes......Think before you speak....

No doubt. Hopefully agents will stay the hell away from Oregon before the game.

LSU doesn't need exposure.

Wrong, you can never get enough exposure...
