I think in Louisiana this is potentially 2 years in jail and up to $10,000 in fines. That is the maximum if convicted. So what Guice did is definitely a Title IX violation. Now if the information was in the Police reports, why he was not charged with a crime is the question. Is that LSU's job to file charges? I don't think it is.

Didn’t know that. I searched online and it said unsolicited... errrr... “body part pics” are being pushed to be illegal in Texas. I assumed nudes weren’t illegal.

Either way. Guice is just a piece of shite. What a waste. Why beat up women? How is that appealing in any way. I. Don’t. Get. It.

I don’t think that’s true.

Even if they consented to taking the original picture or video.

In Guice case...the picture was without consent.

So the report was made by LSU police and not BRPD?

Yes, the complainant went to LSU PD and filed a complaint so the Report is an LSU PD report, which why LSU was claiming it was covered under University privacy laws. Had you gone to BRPD, it never would have been an issue (I think?).

who accused Guice of taking and sharing a partially nude photo of her without her permission

I didnt remember this being one of the things. And i think this shite should go out the window of not being illegal now, plenty of coeds post partially nude photos of themselves on the internet, every minute.

Whether sending a naked picture without consent is criminal I don’t know. They definitely had sex while she barely remembered it. And sending his friend to get his wallet in the morning is just scuzzy. It borders on criminal/creepy/douchey.

The report says partially nude, partially nude could be my arse crack.
