Vandy should be favored cause they have home field advantage, and had the week off and are rested while LSU had to slug it out with a difficult opponent -- and quite frankly Vandy has played better all season long than LSU.

That doesn’t really exist. When they are good, they maybe hold 50% of their 40k seat stadium. When they are bad, other teams take over.
We have to travel and all, but this is the one SEC road trip where the crowd has little to no impact on the game.

Sellars went down with an injury in the second quarter with the score only 14-7. Before that Sellars threw a pick in the red zone, so it had been a fairly evenly played game. Vandy scored twice late on an 18-yard drive and a 36-yard drive after SC turnovers without Sellars to make the game score look worse than the game actually played out. Vandy only outgained SC 328-323.

The score looked prettier against SC, but that was without Sellars in the second half in a game that was fairly evenly played before he went down. They got dominated in the second half against Bama and definitely didn’t look better than LSU. They dominated 3 non-P4 teams (though they gave up 35 points to Utah St) and a 2-5 Virginia Tech. Their offense has looked better than LSU’s, but against weak competition. They didn’t really do that much offensively against SC and Bama. Certainly they are capable of beating LSU at home, but it’s not like they have a lot of solid wins under their belts.
