I can think of several reason, mainly that they lost their Offensive brain power in Kiffin and Weiss, and they have a head coach with no head coaching experience and wasn't on anyone's radar to be a HC. We will see how those guys perform on offense with a different play caller and also some film on Chambliss. Chambliss was a good college qb last year, but apparently he doesn't fit in the NFL because he would have gone in that weak qb draft this past year, imo.
