LSU officials have discovered the reason for the recent traffic issues

While driving to the stadium Les Miles inexplicably stopped in the middle of the intersection of Nicholson and Burbank, got out of his vehicle, and called a timeout. Witnesses said they had never seen something like this before and had no idea why a timeout was necessary.
