That’s not surprising besides do you think New Orleans wanted LSU? Seems right we go to Atlanta and UGA comes here.

I’d rather play UCF than Oklahoma that’s for damn sure.

Yeah beating UCF shows they aren’t ready to play in the playoffs. I bet the narrative would change from how good they are to easy schedule inflated record.

and put us in atlanta. Seems logical to put LsU in nola and UGA in Peach.

Any pecking order involved?

I hope we get to play OU. See what we’re made of.

There’s no sense in putting UGA in the sugar over LSU when LSU won the head to head.

Motherfuker y'all worried about projections?

we've been literally projected to go to a different Bowl each week throughout the season..... And y'all cry about where it is every week

They are pretty much guaranteed a sellout and to have a large actual attendance whenever LSU plays in the Sugar. I remember reading an article about this some time back and one of the reps said LSU fans still book tons of hotel rooms to party and stay in and they spend a lot of money in the city when they play in the Sugar.

it's the entire body of work. Sure, head-to-head matchups are a big part of it, but we lost to UF and UGA beat them handily, so there's that too.

And it may also depend on how bad UGA loses to Bama in the SECCG.

I wanna take end the season in the top 5. If we have to go beat UCF to do it instead of OU, frick it. We’re not playing for a natty & we play a hell of a regular season schedule. Location aside, I’d almost prefer it honestly.

Yes, this isn’t the 80s. LSU fans would go to the Sugar Bowl

I also think that because UGA will have played in Atlanta for the SEC Championship a month before that the Peach Bowl would be less interested in UGA. So, that's likely part of the equation, too, right?

UGA will get blown out by bama and fall from 5 to at least 8-9
