This is my problem as well. MM might be the nicest guy on the planet but he will never sniff an SEC championship much less a deep run in the tournament. His ceiling is barely making the tournament. So by keeping him, we are saying that mediocrity is acceptable. We didn’t put up with it in football or baseball so why should we in MBB?

I did deny it and asked him to prove his statement which of course he can’t and never has. Btw listening to announcers is a good way to get bad information. According to them Sutton is almost 6-10 and 230lbs and they’re the ones who started the phony narrative about zero players being on campus when MM arrived. These guys ain’t John madden or any of the people from two generations ago. They’re hairpiece idiots who couldn’t tell you who’s on the rosters they broadcast.

They’ll say anything to make excuses but more to the point they focus on things they’ll never have to prove. Made up NIL spending, injured or players who sit out. Players go from savior to “we don’t even want them” to the reason we didn’t win a bunch of games depending on whatever narrative they can be used in. And this has gone on for 4 years so the fact that they’re surprised people have caught on is amazing. It speaks to the delusion.

PK has been in almost every game thread with us this season. He’s seen us be pissed when we’re not playing well and be excited when we have yet he still runs to the board as soon as games end to lie to everyone and say the exact opposite of what’s happened in those threads. This is what they are “if you don’t like losing it means you want us to lose”. They actually believe that nonsense fools people.

the basketball team discussion doesn't require that many first person personal pronouns. like if the discussion was about something other than you, like how the team is awesome at free throws, and that's good news, or how its concerning how maybe some of the players are not athletic or long defenders or how they don't cause turnovers, but also don't make turnovers.

NIL (somehow) that came before the USCe win last year - that wasn't a distraction by Woody. Wade was an FBI suspect. Apparently Wade paid Javonte (who was cleared by NCAA).
They have zero clue about actual facts. Pat Forde and Dickie V put this information into their head. And when I do my shite, no one accepts.

As far as that story they take bits and pieces from media and cobble it together to fabricate a fiction while ignoring when the actual findings were posted. So like most of their narratives they’ve been provided the facts and they just say the opposite on purpose. They’re not ignorant they’re dishonest
