So basically they look on the rant and post pretty much everyone we talk about here.
I wouldn't be upset with Aranda hire but I don't he has the personnel here to run a 3-4 especially since we'll be drained at LB next year.

if a scheme change isn't a deal killer Aranda is a no brainier if we can get him. That being said so is Venerables.

I'll rank in order of likelihood:
Aranda (Best shot, best hire, cheap)
Pelini (would he leave a head job??)
Raymond/O (O apparently doesn't want it)
Pendergast (USC bound)
Venables (not leaving Clemson)

I think it will be someone with Miles ties.
Aranda would be a homerun and apparently Wisconsin is a good pace to leave. AD appaently is worse than Aleva

This is best case scenario. O is happy where he is and with what he's doing. Give the man a raise and pull in a coordinator with some high level experience.
Worry a little about Raymond though. Hope he doesn't bolt if he's passed over. Especially with the (potentially) incoming DBs.

Most of our DEs would have to learn OLB.
but between Gilmore Herron LaCouture Godchaux and the incoming DLs I think we could man a 3-4 Dline.
