Would you like to see LSU play either ND or a conference game in Ireland? Realistically speaking they’d never play a marquee game like ND there but I could see them maybe playing someone like Washington or a conference game like South Carolina over there.

I’m in.

Why did you feel the need to start another thread about this right above the other one?

No. Stop with the international/neutral game crap.

College football should be played in college football stadiums.

As a fan I could never make the trip so it does nothing for me, but the ncaa, nfl, etc should not screw their fans (teams) out of home games and revenue with these games. If our brand of football is so popular over there start a league in that country

No offense, but I don’t really relish the idea of going against the Fighting Irish in Ireland. Do you not see what I be sayin’ me darlin’?

This is how I feel. Don't see the appeal of playing overseas.

Those who say NO most likely have never been to Dublin……or have no money.

Ireland is a GREAT country and fits LSU fans perfectly. Lots and lots to drink

Hell, the most popular beer there is Coors Lite. No shite!

Heineken now brews in Ireland and is the number one selling beer in the country.

I’m telling you…. In Dublin… in which I was there this May…..the vast majority of the pubs/ restaurants had COORS LITE sales signs, etc. and I asked several servers — most men order Coors Lite.

Exactly what I’m saying! If Nebraska fans aren’t too good for this then why should LSU fans be? I get peoples disdain for neutral site games but this is different.

You can’t compare this to a game against fsu in Nola. Also y’all act like we get so many good home games. We get 4 conference games and 3 shite games. Every year. It’s the same. We’re lucky if 3 of the SEC home games are good. If we lose 1 OOC home game against New Mexico in place of a game in Ireland I’m in.

Playing a 1 time game in Dublin would be fun. Nebraska fans have a reputation for being loyal and as good as they come as far as fans go. They took over Dublin and it looks like a blast.

Yea, except what you're telling us is not factual. Heineken is the best-selling beer in the nation of Ireland. Budweiser is second. Guinness is number six.

You’re talkin bout Ireland, from which we’ve come meaning a fabric of the city of Baton Rouge. You’re talking about Ireland that has an ambassador living in the city. You’re talking about Ireland that has supported a position of resiliency for the City of Baton Rouge because we’re on the front lines of climate change. You’re talking about Ireland

I could see the Tigers playing in Paris as a tribute Louisiana’s French heritage.

But I wouldn’t want them to use a home game for it.

Don’t understand the negativity. Would be a great trip. Would much rather play a lower lever P5 in Dublin than UNC in Atlanta or TCU in Dallas.
