It isn't, that's why he didn't. If Hickey picks up a 3rd foul before halftime he has to play very passive in the 2nd half and he cant play that way and be effective.
He'll probably play 18-20 minutes in 2nd half.

I just hate the fact that teams know all they have to do to beat us is put fouls on Hickey and JOB. Can not wait until Martin and friends get here in the fall.

More talent is not gonna immediately fix all of the issues that this team has.

Oh well, I wasn't expecting a win today. It was nice while it lasted. Nice to know that serious help is on the way. Should be a solid squad next season.
