LSU hired Kiffin to win Championships

That’s it. Why even come close to risking that opportunity with 2 role players? I get that Wright would probably produce more but to what expense. Kiffin gets fined? They take wins away from LSU? Suspensions? CFP committee votes LSU out of the playoffs because of a new rule they implement? Then what?
Big picture for me is that LSU is above all of this. Do what’s best for the university in the long run.

Oh so you’re saying the CFP committee, who is separate from the NCAA, can’t make a rule stating no team can have players that participated in an NFL mini camp or practice, etc?

Are they actually sperate from the ncaa being that they are made up of members that are presidents and Ads of schools in conferences that are in the NCAA.

I dont know why some these people are so excited for this. It has ruined the start of the season. I agree its stupid and hypocritical but its not worth it. I want to listen to people talk about football.

The CFP is contractually obligated to include the SEC champion. How do they meet that obligation if LSU wins the SEC championship game and they exclude them?
